What we collect

Account: email, name and avatar (from GitHub or Google if you sign in with them).

Your work in Peorix: chats, memory, uploaded files, generated images and videos, agent tasks. Chats and memory are stored encrypted in the database. Incognito chats are not saved.

Code: only repositories you gave the GitHub App access to, and only for the duration of a task.

Usage: tokens spent per model, for limits and billing. Technical logs: IP address and errors, to prevent abuse.

Payments: card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store them. We keep the amount, date and status of each payment.

Who we share data with

Your requests to models go to OpenRouter (USA) and from there to the company whose model you chose (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others). They process the request to produce an answer under their own privacy policies.

Also: server hosting, the email service that sends sign-in codes, payment providers, and Sentry for error reports (without chat content). We do not sell data.

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: signing in, your language and theme. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account with all chats, files and memory in settings; it disappears from backups within 14 days. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at support@peorix.app. If you are in the EU, you can also contact your national data protection authority.
