First payment: 14 days

If within 14 days of your first payment for a plan you used less than 20% of the monthly limit, we refund you in full. Email support@peorix.app from your account address.

If you used more, the current period is not refunded: we have already paid for the model requests. By paying you agree that the service starts immediately.

Renewals

Automatic renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and there will be no further charges. If you forgot to cancel and have not used Peorix since the renewal, write within 7 days and we will refund it.

If the service was down

If Peorix was unavailable through our fault for more than 24 hours in a row, we extend your plan by that time.

How refunds are paid

Card payments go back to the same card, usually within 5–10 days. Crypto is refunded in USDT or the same coin to a wallet you name, minus the network fee. After a refund the account moves to the free plan.
